Step 1
Cut the pork belly into cubes. Marinate with white pepper and Chinese cooking wine for 10 minutes.

Peel and slice the ginger. Cut the green onions into section.In a pan, heat some oil on high heat. Sauté the ginger and green onions until fragrant.

Sauté the pork belly till golden brown outside.

Step 4
Add the soy sauce and half of the water, then add cinnamon, simmer for 30 minutes.

Take off the cinnamon and other spices.
