Braised Mushroom and Goose Feet

The braised goose feet absorb the fragrance and intense flavour of the dried mushrooms and sauce. Perfect to serve with rice!

Step 1
Soak the dried mushrooms and remove the stems. Reserve some mushroom water. Flatten the garlic. Cut the green

Bring a pot of water to boil. Add goose feet with 3 slices of ginger and green onion to blanch for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add the remaining ginger, garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add mushrooms and sauté until fragrant.

Step 4
Add Chinese cooking wine and mix well. Add goose feet, some mushroom water, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, rock sugar and bring to boil.

Step 5
Cover the lid, reduce to medium low heat and cook for 1.5 hour.

Step 6
Add corn starch water and cook until the sauce is thickened. Ready to serve.
