Luffa1 pc
Mashed salted egg yolk2 pc
Preserved egg1 pc
Garlic2
Ham2 slice
Chicken stock250 ml
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Peel and roll-cut the luffa into chunks.

Step 2
Cut ham into shreds, preserved egg into small pieces and garlic into slices.

Step 3
In a pan over medium heat, add some oil and sauté garlic and salted egg yolk until fragrant.

Step 4
Pour in chicken stock, add luffa, ham and cook until tendered.

Step 5
Add preserved egg and cook for another minute. Ready to serve!
