Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Slice the garlic. Remove the leaves of rosemary, save the tips for later use. Trim the broccoli into floret. Slice the mushroom and cut the baby carrot in half.

Step 2
Season the lamb shank with salt and black pepper. Wrap it with foil and marinate for 20 minutes, place in the oven and bake it for 10 minutes.

Step 3
In a pot, add enough water to cover the potato and cook until soft and peel off the skin.

Step 4
Add the whipping cream to the potato and mix together. Season with salt and black pepper.

Step 5
In a pot, add the lamb shank, red wine, rosemary and bring it to boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to low and cook it for 90 minutes until the shank is tender. Set aside.

Heat up a pan, add some oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant, add the baby carrot, snow peas, mushroom and broccoli. Add the chicken broth and bring it to boil. Reduce the heat to low and cook it
