Braised E-fu Noodle with BBQ Pork

Step 1
Bring a pot of water to boil. Add E-fu noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes or until soft. Drain and set aside.

Step 2
In a pan, add some oil on medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add dried mushrooms, straw mushrooms and stir-fry. Add chicken broth, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce and sugar. Bring it to boil.

Step 3
Reduce to medium-low heat. Add BBQ pork and E-fu noodles and braise for 3 minutes. Add chives, green onions and stir well.

Step 4
Transfer to a plate and ready to serve.
