Braised Duck with Pickled Mustard Green and Black Fungus

We always use plums to braise with duck. What about pickled mustard green? With its salty flavor and healthy black fungus, this dish is fresh and delicious.

Step 1
Soak the pickled mustard green in water for 30 minutes (change water every 10 minutes) and cut into slice. Slice the red chili pepper

Step 2
Soak the black fungus until soft and cut into pieces

Step 3
Cut the duck into pieces and marinate with Chinese cooking wine, light soy sauce, sugar, dark soy sauce, sesame oil and white pepper for 20 minutes

Step 4
In the rice cooker, add the duck, garlic, ginger, pickled mustard green, black fungus and chicken brot

Step 5
Press the button and cook until the switch turn off and let it sit for another 30 minutes

Step 6
Add the red chili pepper and mix well

Step 7
Garnish with cilantro and ready to serve
