Baby taro, a classic ingredient for celebrating the Mid-Autumn Festival, is inexpensive and healthy for making a perfect dish for family gatherings!

Step 1
Slice the ginger and cut green onion into section

Step 2
Peel baby taro and cut in half

Step 3
Rinse duck and cut duck into section. Remove excess fat

Step 4
Marinade the duck for 20-30 minutes

Step 5
In the pan, add oil and sear the taro until golden brown

Step 6

In the same pan, add oil and sauté ginger until fragrant. Add the duck and sauté until golden brown
