Braised Dried Oyster and Spareribs

Step 1
Rinse the dried oyster, and marinate it for 5 minutes with ginger and Chinese cooking wine

Step 2
Blanch the sea cucumber for 5 minutes and cut into bite sizes

Step 3
Marinate the spareribs for 20 minutes

Step 4
Soak the mushroom until soft and cut in half

Step 5
In a pan, add oil on a medium high heat. Sauté ginger and shallot until fragrant

Step 6
Add the spareribs and cook until golden brown

Step 7
Add the oyster, sea cucumber and mix well

Step 8
Add mushroom and deglaze with Chinese cooking wine

Step 9
Add water and the seasoning, cover the lid and reduce the heat to medium, cook it for 45 minutes until the sauce is reduced

Step 10
Sprinkle with green onion and ready to serve
