Braised Daikon and Chicken Wing

There is a little hint for this dish: before cooking the dish, marinate the chicken wings and pan-fry it in order to keep the juice. By doing this, the result will make you amaze.

Step 1
Marinate the chicken wings with dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt and ground white pepper for 30 minutes.

Step 2
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add ginger, garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Step 3
Pan-fry the chicken wings until golden brown.

Step 4
Add daikon, onion, carrot and stir-fry. Add the remaining dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, rock sugar and some water. Bring to boil.

Step 5
Cover with lid and cook for 20 minute or until daikon is soft.

Step 6
Transfer to plate, sprinkle with green onion and ready to serve.
