Cook Chun Cai together with spareribs to give a more balance taste to the dish.

Step 1
Rinse and cut the Chun Cai into sections. Flatten the garlic, shallots and set aside.

Step 2
Rinse and drain the spareribs. Marinate with light soy sauce, rice wine, sugar, ground white pepper and corn starch for 30 minutes.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add garlic, shallots, Pu Ning soy bean paste and stir fry until fragrant.

Step 4
Add spareribs and stir fry until fragrant. Add water and bring to boil.

Step 5
Add Chun Cai and mix well. Cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes. Ready to serve.
