Stir well and bring the sauce to simmer, reduce the heat to medium then add the Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning and sugar

Cover the lid and simmer for an hour and stir occasionally

Add the potato, onion and carrot

Cook for another 30 minutes until the vegetable are soft. Season with salt and pepper. Ready to serve
