Step 1
In a pot, combine water (500ml), salt, Chinese cooking wine, ginger. Bring to a boil and add beef briskets

Step 2
In a sauté pan, heat up some oil on high heat

Step 3
Add beef, onions, tomatoes, carrots

Step 4
Then add the seasoning ingredients and chicken broth. Simmer for 15 minutes

Step 5
Ready to serve
