Braised Baby Taro with Cured Duck Pot

Minced the garlic and ginger

Cut the green onion in section

Peel and cut the baby taro into bite size

In a pot, bring the water to boil and blanch the duck leg for about 5 minutes

Cut the leg into pieces

In the shallow pan, add duck leg and cook until the fat comes out, then add the garlic and ginger until fragrant

Add the taro and mix together

Add coconut milk and bring it to boil, season with sugar and pepper

Transfer to the clay pot, bring it to boil then reduce the heat to medium. Cover the lid and cook it for 10 minutes until taro is tender

Sprinkle with green onion and serve hot
