Blueberry Waffle Serradura
Recipe Details
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Place the Jules Destrooper Butter Waffle in a zipping bag and crumble until small pieces. Set aside

Step 2
Prepare the blueberries whipping cream. Place the water, sugar and blueberries in a saucepan over medium high heat

Step 3
Bring it to boil then reduce the heat to medium and cook it until the sauce has thicken about 20 minutes. Run it through the sieve and refrigerate until it complete cold

Step 4
Use the electronic mixer and whisk the whipping cream until soft peak

Step 5
Add the vanilla extract and condense milk and whisk until it become stiff peak. Transfer half of them to the piping bag

Step 6
Add the blueberry sauce to the rest of the whipping cream and whisk until it combine. Transfer to another piping bag

Step 7
Place the crumbled Jules Destrooper Butter Waffle in the bottom of the serving glass, pipe the blueberry whipped cream, then add another layer of the crumbled Jules Destrooper Butter Waffle

Step 8
Add the plain whipping cream on top. Repeat the step until ¾ full of the serving glass

Step 9
Pipe the whipping cream on the top layer, garnish with blueberry and mint leaves
