Black Truffle Honey Spareribs

Is black truffle only can use on western cooking? Not necessarily! Can use it to cook for ribs. Combine black truffle with honey and balsamic vinegar make the dish taste into another level.
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Marinate the pork spareribs with Chinese cooking wine, light soy sauce, sugar and white pepper for 20 minutes

Step 2
Add the egg and corn starch in the marinated spareribs. Mix well

Step 3
In a pan, add enough oil for frying over medium high heat. Cook the spareribs until golden brown and cook inside

Step 4
Transfer to kitchen paper to soak up excess grease

Step 5
In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Sauté the shallot until fragrant, add water, honey, dark vinegar, pepper and salt

Step 6
Cook until the sauce has thicken, add the spareribs and black truffle paste, toss well
