Chicken wings marinade
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings then marinade for 15 mins.

Step 2
Preheat the oven at 180°C and line the baking tray with parchment paper. Drench the chicken wings into flour and coat them evenly. Place the wings on baking tray and bake for 40 minutes until golden.

Step 3
Melt the unsalted European butter in a pan over medium low heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Step 4
Add chicken wings into the pan and toss until garlic starting to turn golden brown.

Step 5
Turn off the heat, add black truffle paste to the pan and toss well with the wings. Serve hot and enjoy!
