Step 1
Cut the spinach into small pieces. Beat the egg and sieve. Set aside.

Step 2
Mix together egg wash, bonito stock and milk. Set aside.

Step 3
In a tea cup, add spinach, crab leg meat, shrimps and Hon-shimeji mushroom. Add the egg mixture and wrap with plastic wrap.

Step 4
Steam under a medium heat for 8 minutes or until completely cooked. Place La Rustichella Black Truffle Paste on top.
