Black tea Pork Ribs

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
In a pot, add water and ginger, bring to a boil. Add pork ribs to blanch for 1 minute, remove and drain dry

Step 2
In a pan, add some oil, add two slices of ginger to saute until aromatic, add pork ribs to stir fry

Step 3
Add soy sauce (best to use dark soy sauce) to help brown the pork ribs nicely

Step 4
After sauting the pork ribs, add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, add enough water to cover the pork ribs

Step 5
Once the water begins to boil, add the tea bag and shredded bean curd

Step 6
Simmer for an hour, until the sauce thickens. Ready to serve
