Step 1
In a pot, add gingerbread syrup ingredients and bring to boil over medium heat. Turn down to low heat and cook for another 15 minutes until thickened.

Step 2
Brew the coffee and set aside.

Step 3
To froth the milk, fill the mason jar a quarter way up with milk, cover the lid and give a shake for a minute. Remove the lid and put into the microwave for 1 minute. This helps to stabilized the foam.

Step 4
In a serving cup, add gingerbread syrup to taste, then pour in the coffee and milk. Sprinkle some cinnamon on top and serve immediately!
