This black sugar cake is very chewy with the intense flavor of black sugar.

Step 1
In a pot, add sweet potato starch, black sugar powder, water and mix well.
Step 2
Cook on medium heat and keep stirring until thick. Reduce to medium low heat and cook until sticky and transparent.
Step 3
Pour into a mold brushed with oil. Steam on medium low heat for 15-20 minutes.
Step 4
Let cool and cut into pieces. Coat with soy bean powder and ready to serve.
