Having a beautiful and big brunch is the best way to energize yourself on a brand new day! This bite-size brunch platter fulfills 3 wishes at one time. The colourful appearance of the dishes give you extra energy!

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Spray the muffin tray.

Step 2
Prepare the Bacon and Egg Toast. Cover the baking tray with baking paper. Place bacon on it and bake for 5 minutes. Set aside.

Step 3
Use a circular mold to cut rounds from the bread. Place into the muffin tins.

Step 4
Curl a slice of bacon around each piece of bread. Crack an egg and add cherry tomatoes.

Step 5
Prepare the Granola Cup. Mix together rolled oats, mashed banana, hazelnut paste and milk. Fill the tins with the mixture and use fingers to form cup shapes.

Step 6
Prepare Broccoli and Cheese Frittatas. In a large bowl, beat the egg. Add broccoli, onion, cheddar cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well and pour into the tins.

Step 7
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked under 180°C.

Step 8
Add yogurt, blueberry and nuts into the granola cups. Ready to serve.
