Dice the salmon

Step 2
Brew the tea leaves in 70-80 degree Celsius water to make tea, about 1-2 minutes

Step 3
Combine the tea with rice to make rice, about 20-25 minutes on medium heat

Step 4
Add the diced salmon and sesame seeds. Cover the lid and cook for 4-5 minutes
