Bibimbap
Recipe Details
Bibimbap consists of assorted vegetables and looks difficult to cook. However, we can actually prepare them in advance and mix them together with rice and sauce when we want to eat!

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cut the beef into sections. Julienne the zucchini and carrot. Remove the stems of shiitake mushrooms and slice. Mince the garlic and set aside.

Step 2
Marinate the beef with light soy sauce, white vinegar, sugar and sesame oil for 10 minutes.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add carrots and stir fry until softened. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

Step 4
In the same pan, add zucchini and stir fry until softened. Season with some salt. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

Step 5
In the same pan, add shiitake mushrooms and stir fry until softened. Season with light soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

Step 6
In the same pan, add beef and stir fry until cooked. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

Step 7
Bring some water to boil. Add soy bean sprouts and cook for 3-4 minutes. Drain, season with some salt and sesame oil and set aside.

Step 8
Place the beef, zucchini, carrot, shiitake mushrooms, soy bean sprouts and spinach on the rice.

Step 9
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat and cook the egg sunny side up. Place over the rice.

Step 10
Mix together Korean chili paste, light soy sauce, white vinegar, sugar, sesame oil and garlic. Ready to serve.
