Beer and Honey Braised Pork Rib

Braisedrib is a must-have item in a festive party! Marinate the ribs with dark beer overnight and the texture is very tender.

Step 1
Preheat an oven to 220°C. Cover a baking tray with foil and set aside.Rinse and pat the pork ribs dry. Marinate with light soy sauce and sugar for 1 hour.

Step 2
Add dark beer and brush the ribs with 2 tbsp barbecue sauce. Add onion and marinate overnight.

Step 3
Place the ribs on the baking tray. Sprinkle with thyme leaves. Cover with foil. Bake for 20 minutes.

Step 4
Mix together the remaining barbecue sauce and honey.

Step 5
Remove the foil. Brush the ribs with the honey barbecue sauce on both sides. Bake for another 10-15 minutes. Ready to serve.
