Beehive French Toast

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cut the bread into hexagons. Spread the butter on top of the bread slices, top with another buttered bread slice with buttered side in.

Step 2
Whisk the eggs. Add the bread to soak the egg wash.

Step 3
In a pan, add the oil and bring to simmer on high heat. Reduce to low heat, fry the bread and flip occasionally.

Step 4
When both sides are slightly coloured, turn to medium heat. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Transfer to a plate.

Step 5
Top with some butter and drizzle Longan Peach Gum Black Sugar Tea over. Ready to serve.

Step 6
Tips: Turn off the heat after transferring the French toast to the plate. Otherwise the toast will be too oily.
