Soy sauce1 tbsp
Corn starch5 g

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, beat 4 eggs and whisk well

Step 2
Chopped the green onion

Step 3
Cut the beef in strip and marinade it for 30 minutes

Step 4
In the pan, add oil on the medium high heat and sauté the beef for about 1 minute

Step 5
Transfer the beef to the egg, add seasoning and the chopped onion, mix well
