Beef with Enoki Mushroom in Sour Soup

Step 1
Unfrozen the fat beef slices, cut the green and red pepper into circles, chop the garlic, and set aside

Step 2
Boil a pot of water, add enoki mushrooms, and take out after 20 seconds

Step 3
Boil the fat beef slices, stir evenly with chopsticks, take it out in 16 seconds, and set aside

Step 4
In a pot, put oil and ginger slices, remove them until fragrant, then add garlic and yellow lantern chili sauce, stir fry evenly

Step 5
Pour the fat beef slices soup, add cooking wine, white vinegar, sugar, and salt, and bring to a boil. When the soup turns yellow, add the fat beef slices, stir evenly, and pour it on top of the enoki mushrooms.

Step 6
Sprinkle with hot pepper slices.

Step 7
Add a little oil to the pan, then pour it on the pepper ring. Ready to serve.
