Then why do not make it the night before and refrigerate overnight? Just add the fresh fruit in the morning, kiwi and almond have the whitening effect which makes a nourish skin.

Step 1
Prepare 2 jars, add the oat, almond milk, yogurt and mix together.

Step 2
Add the chia seed.

Step 3
Blend 2 kiwis and place in the jar, cover with plastic and refrigerated overnight.

Step 4
Dice the remaining kiwi, chop the almond and place it over the oat.

Step 5
Add the blueberry, drizzle with honey, maple syrup and ready to serve.
