Bean String Stuffed with Minced Pork

This is the dish good at both taste and appearance. Minced pork and bean strings combined so that it tastes juicy and fresh. Simple and popular to serve for friends or relatives.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cut ginger to shred and green onion to pieces. Put them into warm water for 10 minutes.

Step 2
Clean minced pork and mix it with Ginger and green onion water, sesame oil, salt, 2 to 3g sugar, 10 mL of soy sauce and cornstarch.

Step 3
Clean bean strings, cut heads and tails. Blanch in water until fresh green then take it out and let dry.

Step 4
Mash garlic and mix it with 10mL of soy sauce, 5g sugar and water until sugar dissolved. Use as sauce later.

Step 5
Make the bean strings knots and soak in cornstarch water.

Step 6
Stuff marinated minced pork into the middle of bean knots

Step 7
Heat the pan with oil and put bean knots in one by one. Pan-try bean knots until two sides golden. Turn to low heat and keep pan-frying until all cooked.

Step 8
Pour the sauce into pan gently. Turn to high heat to reduce water. Then take out and serve.
