Banana Tiramisu

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C.

Step 2
Blend together the butter and sugar. Add eggs, bananas and vanilla extract. Blend together.

Step 3
Add cake flour, baking powder and salt. Stir well. Add walnuts and mix together.

Step 4
Mix together instant coffee and coffee liqueur.

Step 5
Pour into a square mould and bake for 20 minutes.

Step 6
Beat the fresh cream and granulated sugar.

Step 7
Cut the banana cake into 1cm thick squares. Brush with coffee solution.

Step 8
Layer the materials accordingly: cake, cream, banana, cake, cream, banana and cream.

Step 9
Sprinkle with cocoa powder and ready to serve.
