Follow recipe from pancake mix to make pancake batter. Each brand may varies

Using a medium heat pan with 1 tbsp of oil, pan fry pancake until golden brown. Reserve for later use

Slice bananas into 2 cm thick slices

In a sauce pan with medium heat, melt butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and maple syrup until all melted and combined

Step 9

Add in sliced bananas and coat the bananas with sauce

Step 10

Add rum, stir and pour bananas and sauce over pancakes
