Bamboo Rice

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Wash and soak the rice for 5 hours and steam it for 30 minutes

Step 2
Soak the dried shrimp until soft

Step 3
Soak the mushrooms until soft, then slice them

Step 4
Cut the pork into strips and marinate it for 15 minutes

Step 5
In a pan, add oil on a medium high heat, sauté the pork until medium

Step 6
Add the mushroom and shrimp to saute until fragrant

Step 7
Transfer to the plate and set aside

Step 8
Brush oil inside the bamboo container, so it will help the rice come out easily

Place the pork mixture in teh bottom

Step 10
Add the rice over

Place in a steamer and steam it for 5 minutes

Turn it upside down
