Baked Whole Apple and Ginseng Crumble

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cover the baking tray with parchment paper and set aside. Prepare the crumble. Cut 80g butter into small cubes. Add the flour, sugar and mix into crumble.

Step 2
Cook the remaining butter until melted. Add diced apple, brown sugar, ground cinnamon and Canadian Ginseng Powder. Cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until the apples are soft.

Step 3
Slice of the tops of 2 apples and spoon out the flesh. Stuff with cooked apple.

Step 4
Layer crumble on top and place on the baking tray.

Step 5
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 6
Transfer to a plate. Serve with vanilla ice-cream and honey.
