Baked Stuffed Fish Roll with Crab Meat

Mix the sautéed onion with crab meat and stuff in fish fillet to give different layers of texture.

Step 1
Preheat an oven to 180°C.

Step 2
Chop the onion and garlic.

Step 3
Season the fillet with salt and black pepper.

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add garlic, onion and sauté until soft. Transfer to a plate, let cool and set aside.

Step 5
Mix together crab meat, garlic, onion, bread crumbs, mayonnaise and paprika.

Step 6
Layer the crab meat on the fish fillet and roll. Place on the baking tray and drizzle some olive oil over.

Step 7
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked. Ready to serve.
