Baked Spaghetti with Bolognese Cheese Sauce

Step 1
Chopped the onion, carrot and celery in to diced

minced the garlic

grate the parmesan cheese

In a pot, bring the water to boil and add oil and salt. Add the pasta in boiling water and cook according to the package instruction

transfer to the stringer and drain

In a large pot, heat the oil on a medium heat and sauté the onion, carrot, celery and garlic until translucent and soft

Add the chorizo and cook for about 3-5 minutes until no pink

then add the crushed tomato, Italian seasoning and cook until the sauce is thicken, season with salt and pepper

Transfer the sauce at the bottom of the baking dish

then add the spaghetti and layer more sauce on top

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese

place in the preheat the oven on 200C, and bake it until the cheese is melted
