Step 1
Chop the dill and set aside.

Step 2
Rinse and pat the salmon dry. Season with salt, black pepper and Italian seasoning.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add salmon and sear until golden brown. Transfer to a plate.

Step 4
Prepare the dill and yogurt sauce. Mix together Greek yogurt, dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and black pepper.

Step 5
Serve the salmon with the sauce.
