Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
预热烤箱至摄氏200度,烤盘铺上锡纸备用。

Step 2
将香茅、蒜头、柠檬叶、红葱头及香菜切碎备用。

Step 3
猪颈肉用老抽、鱼露、米酒、黄糖、青柠汁、香茅、蒜头、柠檬叶、红葱头及香菜腌1小时以上。

Step 4
放上烤盘,放入烤箱烤8分钟,反转另一面再烤8分钟。

Step 5
刷上蜂蜜再烤2-3分钟,切片装盘。

Step 6
将鱼露、青柠汁、指天椒、黄糖及清水拌匀,伴以猪颈肉享用。
