Baked Parmesan Crusted Cod

Coat the cod with flour, egg wash, breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese! The crusted cod is exceptionally attractive.

Step 1
Preheat an oven to 220°C. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.

Step 2
Season the cod with salt and black pepper.

Step 3
Mix together bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.Beat the egg. Coat the cod with flour, egg wash and bread crumb mixture. Slightly press.

Step 4
Place on the baking tray and bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Ready to serve.
