Step 1
Preheat the oven to 170°C. Peel the carrot, celery and cut into strips.

Step 2
Scrap off the scale of the salmon. Clean, pat dry and season with salt and white pepper.

Step 3
Place the salmon, carrot and celery on the parchment paper.

Step 4
Add the dill, sliced lemon, lemon juice and some white wine on the salmon. Wrap it with parchment paper and secure the edge.

Step 5
Place the salmon in the oven and bake it for 7-12 minutes or until the salmon is cooked and ready to serve.
