Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Peel and trim the top of the onion

Flip the onion and cut into flower shape

Step 3

Separate the onion leaves

Step 4

Sprinkle some paprika, salt, olive oil and cheese powder

Step 5

Place the onion in the oven and bake it for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown

Step 6

Mince the garlic and chop the chives

Step 7

In a bowl, combine the garlic, chives, sour cream, paprika, black pepper and mix well

Step 8

Serve the onion flower with the sour cream mixture
