Baked Norway Salmon with vegetable and Mashed Potato

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Step 2
Peel and finely dice the onion. Remove the tomato seed. Remove the seed of green bell pepper and finely dice. Trim off the end of the asparagus.

Season the salmon with salt and coarse black pepper

Step 4
In a pan, add some olive oil and sear the salmon until golden brown on both sides.

Step 5
Add the brandy and bring to a boil. Remove the salmon from the pan and wrap it with foil. Bake it for 8-10 minutes.

Step 6
In a pan, add some olive oil, sauté the onion, tomato and bell pepper until fragrant.

Step 7
Move the vegetable on the side of the pan, add the asparagus and cook until golden brown, season with salt and pepper.

Step 8
Place the mashed potato on the plate; add the asparagus, salmon and sauté vegetable. Ready to serve.
