Baked Lemon Fish in Thai Style
Recipe Details
It is very appetizing with the Thai-style hot and sour taste during summer time. This Thai lemon fish if not using perch, also can choose mullet or tilapia. Can also feel the hot and sour Thai fragrant at home.

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Chop the red chili and garlic

Step 2
Slice the lemongrass in bias

Step 3
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped chili, garlic and 1/3 of the slice lemongrass

Step 4
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped chili, garlic and 1/3 of the slice lemongrass

Step 5
Clean and pat dry the fish. Slightly make 3 cuts on the fish on both sides

Step 6
In a baking pan, lay the foil on the pan. Brush some oil on the foil so the fish will not stick

Step 7
Spread the remaining of the lemongrass on the pan and lay the fish over

Step 8
Drizzle half of the sauce mixture over the fish

Step 9
Bake it for 15-20 minutes until the fish is fully cooked

Step 10
Transfer the fish to the plate and pour the rest of the sauce over
