Baked Japanese Beef Curry Rice with Cheese

Curry rice is one of the simple recipe that men must love it. You can simply use Japanese curry cubes to make a bowl of perfect curry rice. Add some cheese and this can definitely catch your man's heart through his stomach.

Step 1
Pre-heat the oven at 200°C. Cut the potato, carrot and onion into medium size

Step 2
In a pot, add some oil and sauté the onion, carrot and potato until fragrant

Step 3
Add the water and bring it to boil. Reduce the heat, cover the lid and cook it for 30 minutes until the vegetable is tender

Step 4
Slightly cook the beef in the broth and set aside

Step 5
Add the curry cubes and stir until the curry is dissolved. Bring it to boil then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 6
Add the beef back and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add the butter and stir well

Step 7
Pour the beef curry over the rice, sprinkle with the cheese,Bake it until the cheese has melted and golden brown,Sprinkle with chopped parsley and ready to serve
