Baked Iberico Pork Chop with Ginseng Honey and Mustard Sauce

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cover the baking tray with foil and set aside. Marinate the lberico pork chops with salt, rosemary and black pepper for 15 minutes.

Step 2
In a pan, melt the butter on medium heat.

Step 3
Add pork chops and sear both sides on medium high heat for 1 minute.

Step 4
Place on the baking tray. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until fully cooked.

Step 5
Prepare ginseng, honey and mustard sauce. In a pan, add olive oil, honey, mustard, Canadian Ginseng Powder, salt and water. Mix well and cook for a while.

Step 6
Transfer the pork chops to the plate. Drizzle the sauce over.
