Baked Honey Ginger Lemon Chicken Wings

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mince the lemongrass and grate the ginger

Step 2
Zest the lemon then juice. Slice the green onion and place in cold water to keep it crunchy

Step 3
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, Chinese cooking wine, salt, white pepper, honey and lemon juice

Step 4
Add the chicken wings, lemon zest, minced ginger and minced lemongrass. Marinate the chicken wings for 20 minutes

Step 5
Place the chicken wings on a baking tray and bake it for 15 minutes or until golden brown

Step 6
Flip it over and bake for another 15 minutes or until the chicken wings is fully cooked

Step 7
