Baked Fried Pork Chop over Rice

General Ingredients
Thick Pork Chops1 pc
Egg1 pc
Corn starch10 g
Bread Crumbs20 g
Salt10 g
pepper to taste3 g
Tomato Paste3 tbsp
Sugar10 g
Mixed vegetables80 g
Water100 ml
Cheese Powder10 tbsp
Leftover rice1 bowl
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Add white rice to saute until each grain is nicely separated

Step 2
Add mixed vegetables and egg mixture

Step 3
Deep fry the pork chop

Step 4
Add on top of the fried rice from step (1)

Step 5
Add ketchup to be thoroughly heated, then add the remaining ingredients

Step 6
Pour the sauce on top of the pork chop rice

Step 7
Sprinkle with grated cheese

Step 8
Bake in 180 degrees oven for 10 minutes until cheese has nicely melted
