Bring a pot of water to a boil, add mixed vegetables to blanch for 2 minutes. Drain completely dry.

Next, add the seafood to blanch for 2 minutes. Drain completely dry.

In a pot, add butter to melt on medium high heat. Next, add flour and mix well.

Then add cream and chicken broth. Stir constantly.

Add the mixed vegetable and mixed seafood. Bring to a boil.

Add salt and pepper.

Remove the soup from the stove. Cover the pot with a sheet of puff pastry. Transfer to preheated oven (180 degree Celsius) for 8 minutes until golden.
