Baked Chicken with Cheesy Mushroom Sauce over Rice

Step 1
Cut the chicken into cubes and marinade it for 20 minutes

Slice the mushroom

Step 3
In the pot, combine the chicken stock, flour and bring it to boil, turn the heat to medium until the stock is thicken

add the rest of the ingredients and bring it back to boil and set aside

In the pan, sauté the onion until translucent, then add the chicken and cook until the chicken is cooked

add the mushroom, peppers and cook for another minute

Add the cream sauce mix well, and bring the sauce to boil

then add the mozzarella cheese until the sauce is thicken

Place the rice on the baking dish and pour the sauce over the rice

sprinkle more cheese on top
