There is usually a vegetable dish in a traditional Chinese meal. We often stir-fry our vegetables with garlic or serve them plain in chicken broth (高湯). From time to time, it is always nice to come up with different ways to give our veggies a twist. This time we used a very traditional “Chow Chao” bean sauce while preparing some organic Bak Choy. The result was absolutely delicious.
