Bak Choy Tofu Soup

Bak Choy Tofu Soup
Recipe Details
Chinese cuisines have different kinds of soups. Most of the Chinese soups require a long time to cook. They are often similar to the Western “Consomme” where the base ingredients often require rich bone-based (usually beef) broths. However, there are also many lovely simple soups among Chinese cuisines. Most of them bring a nutritional balance between vegetables and proteins. Today we share a delightful recipe of a quick-and-easy vegetable soup with you. We added little homemade meatballs to give the soup an additional kick, which can be left out for vegetarian versions.
